Specific Medical Therapies

SEGOVA_horizontal_edited.png

SEGOVA program provides THREE LEVELS OF THERAPY:

  • Level I — PRP based (Bio IVF)

  • level II —  stem.cell based (SEGO and Dual SEGO)

  • level III — tissue based (SEGOVA and Dual SEGOVA)

Each treatment level is thoughtfully customized based on the degree of ovarian decline, ensuring targeted and effective intervention. These therapies aim to support, enhance, or restore the key elements necessary for optimal ovarian function.

Among the most advanced methodologies within the program are SEGOVA and Dual SEGOVA (DOS), which represent the cutting edge of ovarian rejuvenation strategies.

In addition to the ovarian rejuvenation program, we present a unique and innovative technology of biological regenerative procedures in childbirth, called Bio-delivery.

Bio IVF represents the first level of ovarian rejuvenation therapies. It uses hc PRP (highly concentrated Platellet Rich Plasma), BRF (Bioregenerative Fibrin), and TPE (Therapeutic Plasma Exchange) to support ovarian function.
It is typically administered during ovarian stimulation in the early days of the menstrual cycle.
SEGO represents the second level of ovarian rejuvenation therapies, incorporating one type of stem cells alongside hcPRP, BRF, and TPE to further enhance and restore ovarian function for patients with more severe disorders. The surplus stem cells can be cryopreserved for future use, ensuring their availability for potential regenerative treatments.

Dual SEGO integrates two types of stem cells—mesenchymal and hematopoietic—alongside hc PRP, BRF, and TPE for enhanced ovarian rejuvenation. This second-level therapy provides a more potent regenerative approach, optimizing ovarian restoration with a dual stem cell strategy. The surplus stem cells can be cryopreserved for future use, ensuring their availability for potential regenerative treatments.
SEGOVA is a highly advanced third-level ovarian rejuvenation therapy that integrates in vitro activated tissue (IVA) with one type of stem cells, alongside hc PRP, BRF, and TPE. This surgical procedure focuses on deep ovarian tissue regeneration, utilizing a structured approach to enhance ovarian function with high precision and long-term effectiveness. The surplus stem cells can be cryopreserved for future use.

Dual SEGOVA (DOS), the most advanced ovarian rejuvenation program, integrates in vitro activated tissue (IVA) alongside two types of stem cells (mesenchymal and hematopoietic), hc PRP, BRF, and TPE. This comprehensive approach maximizes ovarian restoration by combining tissue-based regenerative techniques with cutting-edge cellular therapies, offering the cryopreservation of the stem cells surplus.
SEGOVA Boosting Spectrum (SBS) includes a set of procedures aimed at amplifying and extending the effects of the SEGO/SEGOVA program. This approach is especially advised for patients who responded well to SEGO/SEGOVA but have not yet conceived, or for those whose favourable results are starting to diminish.

Bio delivery.jpeg
Bio-delivery is a unique method that applies biological therapies during childbirth to both the mother and newborn, using the mother's own cells and their products. This approach aims to reduce complications such as bleeding and infections in mothers and lower the risk of allergic and autoimmune diseases in cesarean-born children.

Facilities

All programs are performed at private hospitals Pronatal, Aurora and Medigroup Hospital in Belgrade, Serbia.

Bio-delivery

Professor Aleksandar Ljubić's team published a paper this year in the prestigious European journal - Journal of perinatal medicine, in which, for the first time, he presented the innovative technology of biological regenerative procedures in childbirth.
